What is the Turnaround Time?
We value your time and strive to deliver your Content promptly. With our efficient workflow and dedicated team, we ensure that your content is completed on time. We aim to deliver 2 month's worth of content in just 2 weeks.

How many Videos can you provide for each plan?
We have 3 plans ranging from 12 to 48 Videos a month, the plans will be customised to your needs. For more than 48 Videos, you can contact the support team with a request and the team will get back to you shortly.

Can I cancel if I don't like it?
You can pause or cancel at anytime. If we have dedicated the team's time and started work on your videos and content before you decide to cancel, you won't be eligible for a full refund.

D you Offer Trials or Sample works?
No we do not. We have our work uploaded in the homepage. If you wish to try our services, our team will keep a sample plan ready for you when you book the call.

What if I don't like the content?
This doesn’t usually happen, but if you don't like the Content we provide you, we will keep tweaking things until you do like it. Our goal is to get 100% Satisfaction rate from our clients.

Do you only make fast edits like in this page?
No, we offer a range of Content creation services, including animated and live-action clips, promotional videos, corporate videos, and more. Like said, we customise our services to meet your specific needs.

Where will I submit my Raw Content?
Twina/founder will onboard you on Notion, where you will submit your content and Feedback. All the Ideas, Files and Resources will be available on Notion for Easy access.
